Bishop Ramsey partners with WeSTRIVE Mentoring Ltd. to provide targeted mentoring for students who may need additional support with behaviour, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
WeSTRIVE delivers structured mentoring to help young people feel more settled, motivated, and ready to learn.
Young people can sometimes feel anxious, frustrated, or low in confidence due to challenges at home, friendships, or school.
These difficulties can affect behaviour, focus, and overall engagement. WeSTRIVE helps students understand and manage their emotions, building resilience and a more positive mindset.
WeSTRIVE combines structured mentoring with engaging, practical activities. Support may include:
1:1 mentoring tailored to individual needs
Small group sessions to build social skills
Structured programmes with clear targets
Non-contact boxing sessions to promote discipline and confidence
WeSTRIVE works closely with staff to support student progress, behaviour, and engagement, helping create a consistent and supportive environment across the school.
