Families who have missed the deadline for admission to Year 7 in September 2026 will need to complete a late application via Aplicaa: HERE. Please be advised that you will also need to contact the Admissions Team at your Local Authority to be added to the waiting list.

If you are applying for a place outside the normal Year 7 intake, please download and complete the In-Year Admissions application form available below.
To make an in-year application to Bishop Ramsey School, please download and complete the In-year Supplementary Information Form. You will also need to contact your Local Education Authority.
Transition from Primary School into Year 7 can seem daunting. At Bishop Ramsey we have a range of pre-joining information events and activities for both parents/carers and students to ensure that the transition process is both smooth but also enjoyable.
Copies of the information and letters relating to Year 7 transition are sent out electronically directly to parents/carers via the online system Applica.
