Year 12 UKMT Senior Maths Challenge

We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Year 12 students in this year’s UKMT Senior Maths Challenge. Their results demonstrate exceptional commitment, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

This year’s outcomes were impressive:

• Gold Awards (72+) – 2 students
• Silver Awards (57+) – 2 students
• Bronze Awards (46+) – 8 students

Following these successes, four students were invited to compete in the Andrew Jobbings Senior Kangaroo Challenge, a highly demanding extension of the UKMT competition. Special congratulations go to Christopher, who achieved a Gold Award, and Joseph, who achieved a Bronze Award.

Mr Naeem is extremely proud of all the students involved, commending their hard work, determination, and willingness to embrace challenging mathematical thinking. These results highlight the strength of mathematics teaching and learning within our Sixth Form.
