    • Maths Masterclass success

      Published 14/12/20

One of our Year 11 students has been selected to continue on the prestigious Maths Masterclass Tutorial programme.

Alexander has completed four introductory modules during the Autumn and the programme continues in January. Places become limited after the initial term and we are delighted that Alexander has been offered to continue on the programme due to his great standard of work, engagement and potential.

We will follow his progress with great interest and look forward to hearing more about his successes.

    • Bishop Ramsey Christmas Card Competition Winner

      Published 11/12/20

Every year, the Art Department at Bishop Ramsey holds a competition for students to design the Christmas card that we send out to members of our local community.

The entries that were submitted for this year's contest were of an incredibly high standard, and the staff had a difficult task in choosing a winner. However, the stunningly beautiful picture  submitted by Naomi in Year 9 really stood out.  The simple and clean lines of the design  coupled with the lovely Christmas image makes this a truly wonderful card for the recipients to receive.

Mr Wilcock has presented Naomi with a framed copy of her design, as well as a set of cards for her to send to her own friends and family.

      Well done, Naomi!

    • Dream Bike Competition Winner

      Published 07/12/20

We are delighted to announce that Bethany in Year 10, who won the Mayor of Hillingdon's "Dream Bike" competition during the Spring lock down, has presented Mr Wilcock with a framed copy of her design.

Bethany's design is entitled "It's a Wonderful World" and was inspired by her many walks during lockdown and really noticing the natural world around her. She reflects "Although this is a strange time, perhaps it has given our world a much needed chance to restore and recover so I think everyone should get on their bike and ride through our wonderful world."

      Congratulations Bethany.
